Client Centered Music Therapist

After over fifteen years working in music education around the world, I returned to Bristol and completed my Masters degree in Music Therapy at the University of the West of England. Working with children and adults with complex physical and emotional needs, accessibility is central to my work. I strongly believe that the joy of composing, playing or listening to music is for everyone. Since qualifying I obtained additional training in Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT) and can offer sessions for those seeking to regain brain function after a TBI or stroke.

I am classically trained on both violin and oboe and have enjoyed performed with many Symphony orchestras as well as folk and rock bands. Through conducting and leading various ensembles I have since acquired skills on other instruments and consider myself a multi-instrumentalist with experience in wide range of musical styles.
